These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website and services offered by Saborea el Paraíso S.A. de C.V., including accommodation bookings, dining reservations, wellness activities, and surf experiences.

By accessing our website or making a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

1. Booking Policy

1.1 Reservations

Guests may book accommodations, restaurant experiences, or packages directly via our website or through third-party platforms (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com). All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Saborea el Paraíso.

1.2 Payments

To confirm a reservation, a deposit or full payment may be required. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Final payment terms will be detailed at checkout.

1.3 Cancellation & Refunds

Standard Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in.

Late Cancellation: 50% charge if canceled within 30 days.

No Show: 100% of the booking amount is charged.
Custom terms may apply for packages, promotions, or group bookings. Please refer to your booking confirmation.

2. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: 3:00 PM

Check-out: 11:00 AM
Late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability and additional fees.

3. Guest Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings in cases of inappropriate behavior, disrespectful conduct, or breach of property rules. Guests are expected to treat our staff, property, and other guests with respect.

4. Health & Wellness Activities

Guests participating in surf lessons, yoga, wellness experiences, or similar activities must sign a liability waiver and confirm they are physically able to participate. Saborea el Paraíso is not liable for injuries incurred during these activities.

5. Property Rules

No smoking inside rooms or enclosed areas

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Pets: Allowed in designated rooms only (with prior approval)

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, governmental restrictions, pandemics).

7. Limitation of Liability

Saborea el Paraíso is not liable for personal injuries, property damage, theft, or lost items unless directly caused by our negligence.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of El Salvador, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Miguel, El Salvador.
